Job Description:

This role is responsible for on-going business and sales growth within defined customer(s). This is principally a “Farmer” role where on-going business and relationship management is of prime importance. Potential candidates for this role should be able to demonstrate they have strong relationship building skills as well as the ability to develop some new business within other areas/ departments or related organisations of a defined account, or number of accounts. Although growth is expected to come from selling more of the same, the focus will also include introducing new products and services to an existing customer base.


Candidate Requirements:

Successful candidates should have a minimum of 5 years successful sales experience with at least 2 years spent in account management or a relationship management position, and have a good understanding of the mechanical engineer industry, and, the oil and gas segments that our business sells into, along with in-depth knowledge of the sector our customers work in.

Applicants should be self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship skills, have the ability to persuade and influence others, put the business across in the best light, develop and deliver presentations, create, compose and edit written materials and have strong interpersonal/soft skills.
