This job is being advertised on behalf of Ethero Staffing, who are operating as a recruitment agency.
Our client, a well established software supplier into the betting industry, are looking for Technical Support Engineers in the Guildford area. Duties are to support communications equipment, networks and systems, to provide technical assistance to ensure maximum up time of internal and client systems by providing swift evaluation and accurate resolution of issues arising.
Skills Requirements :
• Excellent understanding of Windows operating system to MCSE level
• Good working knowledge of:
• AD
• SQL
• Exchange
• Sharepoint
• TCP/IP
• Routers and firewalls, Cisco & Draytek
• LANS / WANS
• Knowledge of satelite broadcast would be a benefit
• Experience of working shifts/rota's
• Demonstrate good team work
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• To be enthusiastic, self motovated, proactive with the ablility to work on your own
• Customer Focus
