Our client, an international digital marketing company, are looking for Technical Support Engineers to deliver fast, quality support to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to ;
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Keep end user up to date on the progress of the repair ticket
Log all support calls, emails, and conversations.
Log bugs or feature requests.
Liaise and relay important client information with internal departments.
Proactive and reactive error resolution
Successful candidate must have a high standard of technical knowledge, including various programming languages – PHP, ASP, HTML, JavaScript, Flash (actionscript 2&3), XML, XSLT. Customer Service experience in an IT related position distinct advantage. Fluent English required, additional fluency in European languages a distinct advantage. And good understanding and experience of online tracking technologies (Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Eyeblaster)
