Qualifications and Experience:
• Recognised craft apprenticeship
• Experience of working within an engineering environment
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Preparation, test, dismantling and refurbishment of hardware and test equipment as required to satisfy test programmes within the department.
• Design, and manufacture of equipment and rigs necessary to perform the testing required
• Handling of explosives, including machining, assembly, transportation, storage, and disposal
• Maintenance and repair of tools, equipment and facilities
